Dr. Jeree Spicer, known as ReeTheCyberBoss®, is a visionary cybersecurity educator, researcher, and advocate committed to empowering Black and Brown communities through culturally relevant digital awareness. Her passion for technology began at just five years old, when she first learned to type, sparking a lifelong mission to help others navigate and protect themselves in the digital world. She holds a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Cybersecurity, a Master’s in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity, and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Child Development. Her professional experience spans cyberpsychology, cybersecurity awareness, product security, risk management, and program and technology strategy. Dr. Ree is dedicated to breaking barriers in cybersecurity and making the field more inclusive, accessible, and impactful. Her mission isn’t just to secure systems, it’s to foster digital empowerment across generations and communities.
